Issue/Introduction

When I select the option to bulk ticket multi-lt alarms -> one ticket in the All Alarms view, the system correctly assigns a single ticlket number to the multiple alarms selected BUT only one of the alarms description and attributes are added to the ticket Description field via the Service Now template.

We require that relevant information be included in the description field for ALL alarms selected in the operation.

 

Resolution

 

For now, we do not support this feature, an enhancement request was already raised in order to have it in our monitoring portfolio, it will be evaluated and put in our backlog to be deployed soon.
