After upgrading to CU8/9 from UIM 20.4 CU7, there may be several issues observed:
Data Access Error in the Inventory of Operator Console (OC):
No data is found in group and groups are not able to be created:
The customer updated to UIM 20.4.9 (CU9) on the UIM Server and OC.
In addition, they installed the hotfixes related to the defect -> DE576152 on the OC Server, which resolved the problem.
Note that hotfixes have been released for both CU8 and CU9. The CU9 hotfixes are too large to be attached to this KB article.
Please contact support to obtain the hotfix if needed.
