Proxy console showing error and is unable to boot up.

Issue/Introduction

The proxy console is suddenly showing the following error on the console and is unable to boot up.

“error : create object open : \sgos\fbr.co status 0x10102”

 

Cause

The error is related to the SSD and firmware.

Resolution

Update the proxy hardware diagnostics and the BMC.

If after upgrading the hardware diagnostics and the BMC is not resolving the issue, swap the SSDs (if the appliance has two SSDs). If the appliance is only having one SSD, then RMA the SSD.
