Prevent email from being sent when assigning alarm to user

Issue/Introduction

On the Alarm analitycs, I have an option to assign an owner to each alarm.
However, if I do this, the linked policies of that alarm are sent again. Is it possible to avoid this?

Set the Assign State to Unassigned in the Policy
