Issue/Introduction

Saving a percentage in the Modern UX may save a number with a different exact value and number of decimals in an Oracle database.
This different number is saved instead of the number that was entered.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new number attribute in a Project subobject, from 0.00% to 100.00%, using 2 decimals.
  2. In the Projects grid view, enter the value "0.71%" (also seen with "5.40%").
  3. Check the request sent via the REST API.

Expected Results: The number sent is 0.0071. The number stored in the database is 0.0071.

Actual Results: The number sent is 0.0070999999999999995. The number stored in the database may be 0.0070999999999999995 in certain configurations.
