Issue/Introduction

User was trying to pull profile images via API and needed to know what kind of permissions were needed.

Cause

Viewer and editor access will only allow that users profile image to be obtained.

A permission level of Project Admin is needed to retrieve all profile images

Resolution

A permission level of Project Admin is needed to get all profile images via the API
