MUX - Export to CSV failed if Lookup filter values selected has & (ampersand) as lookup_code in it.

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to perform Export to CSV in any module in MUX it is failing if Lookup filter values selected has & (ampersand) as lookup_code in it.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create static lookup and make lookup IDs to contain & in it, for example A&B_choice1, A&B_choice2 etc....
2. Create an attribute based on above lookup and api enable it.
3. Go to MUX->Projects and populate some projects with values for the attribute.
4. Add the attribute to the Filter and attempt to filter for some values.
5. Click on Actions->Export to CSV
6. Notice no file shows in the Bell icon
7. Check Reports and Jobs and check the job logs, notice Export to CSV Job failed.

Expected Results: It should allow to Export to CSV without any problems.

Actual Results: it is not allowing to Export to CSV.

Resolution

DE78935, Fixed in 16.2.2.

Workaround - 

Remove the filter with '&' for the value.
