What is SOC 2 report and do we provide it for APM ?

Resolution

The primary purpose of SOC2 is to ensure companies store and process application data in a secure manner.  Companies that use our OnPrem offerings are responsible for configuring their systems to ensure they are securing their own data. We are not responsible for ensuring a customer follows SOC2 in their own environment.  When customers use our SaaS offering, we are then responsible for securing the customers data.  To that end, we configure our SaaS systems to comply with SOC2.
