After upgrading MOI to a new release, users may get a blank MPM UI panel, similar to this example:
MOI 2.1 IE6
Review the mpm-analytics.log at the location: '/var/opt/moi/data1/mpmui/opt/mpm/logs'
Look for the following error related to the *.H2.db files within the log file mpm-analytics.log.
"File corrupted while reading record: "/opt/mpm/db/analyticsDB.mv.db". Possible solution: use the recovery tool"
The workaround is to remove (either by moving to a temp location or by deleting) the *.H2.db files in the location: '/var/opt/moi/data1/mpmui/opt/mpm/db' and then restart MOI.
Note - The side effect of this work around is the loss of the following settings:
Reports, Dashboards, Saved metrics, and Views.
