OFS0001 RC=12,84,401 when generating DDL, what to check

Issue/Introduction

In RC/Query for DB2 for z/OS (RCQ), the following error was received when specifying 'DDL' next to any table:

- RQE2001I - DDL COMPLETED.  RC=12,84,401

All objects where 'DDL' was tried received this message.

Resolution

Check the following:

-  See if there is a dump or messages under the TSO logon ID of the person issuing the DDL.

-  If there is an S878-10 Error during GetMain or an S378 Error during Freemain, this is a memory issue.

- Increase the TSO logon region size.
