NetOps OIConnector - OI Connector Does Not Properly Escape Characters in tenants.properties

Issue/Introduction

I have configured NetOps Tenants as per documentation https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/it-operations-management/dx-netops/23-3/Performance-Monitoring-with-DX-Performance-Management/integrating/integrate-with-dx-operational-intelligence/configure-the-oi-connector.html#concept.dita_3dcb018f9c5c97f19b09566ae9466a667ec4c67d_div_11

Connector started but the below error is reported in the OIConnector.log :

ERROR OpenAPI Inventory Query Failed with Status: 400

Environment

NetOPs 22.2.6

OIConnector 3.x

DX OI 23.x

Cause

The problem is related to defect # DE585465 - OI Connector does not properly escape characters in tenant name

in this case, the tenants.properties had apostrophes for some tenant's names as below:

Resolution

Upgrade to NetOPs OIConnector 3.11
