NetOps OIConnector [ERROR] GroupTreeResponse - JsonProcessingException encountered when mapping response to GroupTree.

Issue/Introduction

Connector started but the below error is reported in the OIConnector.log :

[ERROR] 2023-12-15 09:16:46.779 [pool-6-thread-4] GroupTreeResponse - JsonProcessingException encountered when mapping response to GroupTree.

com.fasterxml.jackson.core.JsonParseException: Unexpected character 'U' (code 85) in prolog; expected '<'

 at [row,col {unknown-source}]: [1,1]

 

Environment

NetOPs 22.2.6

OIConnector 3.x

DX OI 23.x

Cause

The problem is related to defect DE567178: Group name maximum length is 64 but error says the limit is 100

Resolution

Upgrade to NetOps 22.2.10 or above.
