Issue/Introduction

Need to add the Last Modified Time of the ticket in the Activity Notification Triggered.

Environment

Service Management 17.3

Resolution

In the respective activity notification message template kindly add the below syntax:

Last modified date : @{call_req_id.last_mod_dt}

Similar for Open Date:

Open date : @{call_req_id.open_date}
