The Rally Objective Hierarchy was changed (a new objective type was added to the bottom of the Objective Hierarchy) and now the Subadmin that made the change can't see Objectives that are attached to the Top Level Portfolio Item.

Issue/Introduction

The Objective Hierarchy was changed (a new objective type was added to the bottom of the Objective Hierarchy) and now the Subadmin that made the change can't see Objectives that are attached to the Top Level Portfolio Item.  This was happening when viewing the Portfolio Item then selecting the Objectives tab.

 

Resolution

To fix this - the user did a "Clear view"  (in the "saved views" dropdown menu of the Objectives tab page)
