SAML Login Issues: Error During UC_SAML_SETTINGS Variable Transfer

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to transfer the UC_SAML_SETTINGS variable to a Client 0 in a new AE system through export/import or transport case, you encounter the following error, resulting in SAML login failure.

U00045014 Exception 'java.security.spec.InvalidKeySpecException: "java.security.InvalidKeyException: Missing key encoding"' at 'sun.security.rsa.RSAKeyFactory.engineGeneratePrivate()'.
U00045015 The previous error was caused by 'java.security.InvalidKeyException: "Missing key encoding"' at 'sun.security.rsa.RSAPrivateCrtKeyImpl.<init>()'

Cause

This issue arises due to corruption of the variable contents during the export/import or transport case process.

Resolution

Reconfigure the SAML in the new system 

• Set SAML to N in the UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS.
• Delete the existing content of the UC_SAML_SETTINGS
• Now set SAML back to Y in the UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS
• Reconfigure the SAML settings
