Issue/Introduction

After upgrading the TDM Portal to the release 4.10.232.0 - 4.10.234.0, we are seeing the TDM Portal failing to connect to the gtrep repository with the following error:

TDM Docker - [INFO] Failed to retrieve database connection. Waiting for 15s for connection to become available. Reason: The driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Error: "No negotiable cipher suite"

TDM_Portal_docker-4.10.232.0 - TDM_Portal_docker-4.10.234.0

Resolution

This has been resolved in TDMWeb-4.10.235.0 (Windows) and TDM_Portal_docker-4.10.235.0 (Docker/Kubernetes).

If you have any environments running TDM Portal 4.10.232.0 through 4.10.234.0, we recommend you upgrade to 4.10.235.0.
