Issue/Introduction

We are observing an issue where DX SAAS dashboard for APM Kafka agent is not reporting data for ConsumerGroup Lag metrics. The dashboard panel is empty.

Cause

The issue is related to permission on the Kafka side.

Resolution

After permission changes on Kafka side, now APM Kafka agent is reporting ConsumerGroup metrics in the APM metric view. Also dashboard for APM Kafka agent is reporting data for ConsumerGroup Lag metrics.
