Instructions on setting Email alerts for Email Security.cloud services

Resolution

You can receive email alerts to inform you of critical announcements about your ESS services. For example, we can send you an alert to notify you of a delay to our services.

To receive Email alerts

1. Go to our ESS status page.

2. Click on Subscribe and enter your Email address to receive the notifications as shown in the below screenshot.
