PTF HOLD ACTION REINIT and REFRESH(SAF...) requirement

Issue/Introduction

The PTF HOLD ACTION says as follows ;

1. F LLA,REFRESH                 
2. F TSS,REFRESH(SAFAL)          
3. REINIT TSS ex. S TSS,,,REINIT 

Is REFRSH(SAFxxx) required to install the PTF ?
 Is it not enough to process REINIT TSS ? 

Resolution

Recycling TSS with REINIT will not refresh the SAF modules.       

You can use one of the following commands to refresh SAF:        

F TSS,REFRESH(SAF)                                               
TSS MODIFY(REFRESH(SAF))                                         

The command should normally be preceded by an LLA refresh.
