Error when publishing Workflow project: Could not load file or assembly 'stdole' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Issue/Introduction

Customer is getting the error below when trying to republish a workflow created a few years ago. Custom integrations have been recompiled  that are included in this project.  Anyway to track it down without replacing each component.

Failure, Reason: Could not load file or assembly 'stdole, Version=7.0.3300.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Resolution

Customer had a custom library Serial number excel.dll and the other one was serial number excel.lib. The excel.lib was deleted and the error went away.
