Issue/Introduction

After you upgraded or installed ConnectAll 3.2, you receive an error on enabling an Automation,

 

A proper core license was installed via http://servername/ConnectAll/license.zul

 

Environment

ValueOps ConnectAll 3.2

Cause

ConnectAll is not able to locate the license key

Resolution

1- Navigate to  /opt/ConnectALL/Core/mappings

2- Rename this file

mv connectallcore.key connectallCore.key

3- No need to restart services.  Go to the license page and validate a "Core" license is displayed.
