PAM preserves license in case of export/import PAM vmware

Issue/Introduction

Currently, we have VMware ESX 6.7 and we are thinking of moving to ESX 7.0.

Clean ESXi 7.x should be installed instead of the current 6.7 version.
The host hardware stays the same.

 

The question is: could we expect any issue with the PAM licenses in this case?

You can export and import the same VM, the license will continue to work without any issue, even if the hardware changes.
