Check the application name and status:
Stop running applications
ISG(config-applications)# stop CAS1
Check the license associated with application
ISG(config)# licensing view
<CAS serial number> | <none>
If there's no APP label corresponding to license associated with ID, please add it
ISG(config)# licensing
ISG(config-licensing)# edit ID <serial number> label CAS1
<CAS serial number> | CAS1
Re-fetch license from Broadcom Support Portal
ISG(config)# licensing load id <CAS serial-number> username [email protected] password examplepassword
Reboot the ISG and if required start the application manually
ISG(config-applications)# start CAS1
