Abend 0C4 occurred in module CASRVSYM+X'2422', which in turn was loaded into ECSA by CAMASTER shortly after IPL:

PTF LU11818 was created to address this abend.

To implement this PTF dynamically 
- deploy updated CAW0LINK
- refresh LLA
- issue console command "SETPROG LPA,ADD,MODNAME=CASRVSYM,DSN=LNKLST,FIXED,PAGEPROTALL"

or

the PTF can be implemented via an IPL.
