We would like to generate a report for this month that contains how many email notifications were sent and to whom.

DX UIM, Any version
Resolution
Monthly reports on how many email notifications were sent and to whom is not supported by the emailgtw out of the box.
The only related option in the emailgtw is for sending alarm reports to specified report recipients, and this can be enabled in the emailgtw.

Possible workaround for a monthly email report:
Based on message header information, e.g., the email From: <value>, [email protected] you can ask the mail administrator to run a monthly report and/or also provide a count of the number of notifications that were sent out by the Exchange/SMTP mail gateway to [email protected] recipients or whatever From value you choose for the emailgtw configuration.
You can also post a message to the Broadcom DX UIM Community to ask partners/other customers if they have any script stubs/scripts they wrote to generate a report on the count/number of emails sent by the emailgtw probe each month since this is not a supported feature of the email gateway probe.
