23.12.1 all alarms view no longer allows collapse of display

Issue/Introduction
After upgrade of 23.12.1, the all alarms view no longer has an option to collapse the display hiding the Distribution Pinned Queues and Top Alarming elements
We normally collapse this to allow more alarms on the display.
Resolution
It has shifted to the top right 3 dot menu items:
