Steps to install VIP Access on Mobile or Desktop

Environment

• VIP Access for Mobile - Android or iOS
• VIP Access for Desktop - Windows or Mac

Resolution

1. Go to Symantec VIP site
   
2. Click Download and choose the available options:
   • VIP Access for Mobile (Android or iOS)
   • VIP Access for Desktop (Windows or Mac)
     

• Mobile
• Desktop
  • Windows platform
  • Mac platform

Mobile

1. Select either Android or iOS, which will be directed to Google Play or Apple Store site
2. Install the application
3. Open VIP Access (similar to below image)
   

Desktop

1. Select either Windows or Mac, which will download VIPAccessSetup.exe or VIPAccessSecurityCode.dmg to desktop

   Windows platform

   1. Double-click on VIPAccessSetup.exe and follow the installation instructions
      
      
   2. Open VIP Access (similar to below image)
      

Mac platform

1. 1. Double-click on VIPAccessSecurityCode.dmg, which will open 'VIP Access.pkg' file
   2. Double-click on 'VIP Access.pkg' file and follow the installation instructions
      
      
      
      
   3. Open VIP Access (similar to below image)
