Issue/Introduction

User store migration via migration-Xpress v14.5 (mx_userstore.cmd script).
The output.ldif file was generated, but we observed a number of lines minor than input.ldif (source) file.
Some attributes, for example manager, the domain was not modified.
other attributes the script was able to convert the hash string to plain text, but others were not. For example, some dn field. dn::<hash>.

Cause

UTF8 characters on group names caused the issue.

Resolution

had some groups with utf8 characters in UserStore that were causing loss of information. The client recreated the groups without utf8 characters, and the issue is now resolved.
