Data overlap is caused in MUX pages whenever a blueprint rule is triggered

Issue/Introduction

When users used a blueprint rule to show/hide modules using any Boolean attributes. However, the data gets overlapped for two seconds before the page loads.

Steps to Reproduce: 
1. log in as admin 
2. Go to projects 
3. Open any test Project & open the Properties module. (Make sure a blueprint rule is created at the project blueprint level for enabling and disabling modules)
4. When the user tries to enable the fields the page gets reloaded for 2 seconds displaying the data in a wrapped state(overlapping of data).

Expected Results: The page must load without overlapping data.

Actual Results: The user is getting overlapping of data in the Properties tab when any check box in the other modules is checked.
