Timesheet 'Select Tasks' pop-up page becomes slow

Issue/Introduction

Post upgrade to 16.1.3, the Timesheet 'Select Tasks' pop-up page becomes extremely slow for a user when the resource is allocated to 'Other Work' investments and each 'Other Work' investment has 10k+ resources.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to Clarity
2. Create 10+ Other Work in Classic Clarity
3. Add 10k+ resources to the newly created Other Work
4. Now allocate these Other Works to one of the Resource's
5. Now Navigate to MUX --> Timesheet
6. Click on Timesheet --> Add Task --> Select Task 

Expected Results:  Retrieving results should return relatively quickly.

Actual Results:  Retrieving results takes 5-10 minutes.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is backported to 16.1.3 Patch #2 and 16.2.0 Patch #1.

Workaround:

Use a view without 'Other Work' investments. Convert existing 'Other Work' investments to a Custom Investment Type. Segregate investments based on Fiscal Year to reduce the duration of the investment or by Department to reduce the number of staff on the investment.
