The Help text and the lookup fields values disappears from the project page

Issue/Introduction

In the Clarity application, lookup fields allow users to select options from a predefined list.

User selections made in lookup fields and the "help text" box disappear from the project page and are not automatically saved or retained.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. log in clarity mux
2. Go to projects
3. Open any sample Project.
4. Use multiple Lookup field attributes in the Project section and update the fields simultaneously.
5. The text in the ‘guidance’ box disappeared from the page.

 

Expected Results: The User is expected to see the page load properly without data inconsistency.

Actual Results: The Text in the guidance box on the project page disappears. & Selections made in lookup fields are not always saved properly causing data inconsistency
