Is there a step-by-step guide for CEM to capture the PARMLIB changes using PDS_DELTA?

In the step for "Logical Data Sets", make sure to check the PARMLIB checkbox and CEM will query the OS for the PARMLIB list and monitor 
every dataset in the list without needing to enter individual data set names.

Connect this statement to whatever set the Monitor is running with, refresh Monitor to pick up the policy change.
