when tried to connect above 2 URL :

Cause

Normally, this is due to incorrect DA hostname, IP address or DNS issues causing incorrect resolution of the DA host on the network.

 

Resolution

Check the correct NetOps Portal and DA machine's hostname and IP Address, then check in /etc/hosts file

Ensure that both IP address and hostname of DA and DXPortal are configured correctly.
