The exchange_monitor probe was deployed but not yet configured or connected to the exchange server.
In the Infrastructure Manager (IM), the existing profiles and checkpoints were being adjusted by the customer but they found that the ReplayQueueLength checkpoint would not allow the Alarm box to be checked as Active in the GUI. It was greyed out so Alarm could not be selected and configured.
I suggested we try the use of Raw Configure mode.
We set the parameters 'alarm' and 'alarm_required' to yes (from no), and clicked Ok.
This resolved the issue as the Alarm selection box under Alarm and QOS was now selected/active.
