Identity Manager SiteMinder Agent failover capabilities?

Issue/Introduction

Running Identity Manager, when configuring the smapi, has this one failover capability?

Resolution

When configuring the SiteMinder agent for the Identity Manager, create a 4.x Agent as per documentation (1).

The 4.x Agent doesn't support the failover, nor load balancing (2).

To support the failover, the Agent should be 5.x, which doesn't seem to be supported by Identity Manager.
