Missing Banner Colors on Project Tiles after upgrade to 16.2.0

Issue/Introduction

Some Project tiles have no (white) banner color after the upgrade to Clarity 16.2.0

Resolution

After the upgrde to 16.2.0, one of the things that users may notice on the ‘Project Tiles’ page in the Modern UX is that for some project tiles, the banner color will be white or there will be no color. This is because they were never assigned a color to start with.

Previously the MUX had runtime banner color generation logic, but that would be persisted only if the user accessed a project or saved the banner color. Otherwise, it would never save.

If ‘Banner Color’ was saved then we will migrate the assigned color through the upgrade script. But, if ‘Banner Color’ is not available from the previous release then it will appear with a white background i.e. no color as selected/assigned.
