TDM Portal - Unable to sign off PII audit report

Issue/Introduction

Have set up a user group, and granted permissions for a PII Scan and Audit, shown below.

However, users are still unable to sign off on the PII audit reports, and getting the message below:

TDM Portal all releases

Cause

This message is displayed when the same user who submitted the PII Audit request tries to sign off on the request. For security and accountability reasons, it is not allowed for the user who created the request to sign off on the request. 

Resolution

Have a different user, not the user who created the request, review and sign off on the PII audit report.
