We would like to know the processes responsible for probe deployment especially on the robot side so that we can whitelist them
1) unpacking done on distsrv or ade side first, and a file called info.pkg is created.
2) distsrv/ade will iterate through the info.pkg and perform the deployment. distsrv/ade will do a callback on controller to transfer the files.
3) After the files are transferred, the controller will put them in the probe location and update the installed.pkg file and controller.cfg file
