Issue/Introduction

DXIM UIM 20.48 (CU8)

Spectrum alarms are successfully synchronized to UIM via the spectrumgtw probe.
Spectrum alarms are successfully integrated with ServiceNow.
In OC Alarms the ServiceNow ticket information is available as a URL but there is no address behind this URL (about:blank)
Is it possible to get this URL working?

Environment

UIM 20.4 CU8

sdgtw probe versions: 2.1 and 2.32

Cause

Product defect.

Resolution

This issue will be fixed in the upcoming release of the sdgtw probe and we will be releasing it by 15 of December 2023.
