Impact for TS7700 and not define volser in the TMC

Issue/Introduction

Planning to add the volume range 000001 to 000999 on TS7700.
Currently, If the TMC has 000001 to 000999 but the TS7700 has not define.
Is there any impact tape job and CA1 operation?

Resolution

There is no impact.
If the volsers defined to the TMC and not in the TS7770 , the volsers will never be mounted for use.  
The tapes will stay in scratch status in the TMC until define them to the TCDB and they are mounted and used.
