Edge SWG(Formerly ProxySG) earlier 6.7.4.9 failed to install image for later 6.7.5 or 7.3.

Issue/Introduction

When install SGOS image 7.3.10.1 to upgrade from 6.7.4.9, it fails with following error message.

Environment

Affected version:
Currently running 6.7.4 and want to upgrade to 6.7.5.x or 7.3.x.

+ conditions:
Upgrading after 2023/11/13

Cause

This is a bug in 6.7.4. The fix is in 6.7.5 and 7.3. So Currently running 6.7.5 customers are not affected for upgrading to 7.3.

Resolution

Customer has a few options to upgrade from 6.7.4 to 7.3.10:

1. Set the clock back to before Nov 13, 2023 or
2. Upgrade to 7.3.16 and then back to 7.3.10
