Source Public Comments were getting edited by ConnectALL while synching new comments from Jira Software

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an Automation between the Jira Software Desk and Jira Software
2. Sync the records To and From via ConnectAll
3. Place a public comment from the JSD ticket and sync the record, the comment will sync successfully to the Jira Software ticket
4. Place a comment from the Jira software ticket and sync the record, the comment will sync successfully to JSD, but the previous public comments will show as edited

Expected Results: Comments should not show edited if not updated.

Actual Results: Comments are showing edited even if they are not touched.
