FMIDs to be selected when deploying Common Services r15.0

Issue/Introduction

What FMID should be selected when implementing Common Services r15.0? 

Currently running Easytrieve Plus, Panvalet, and Librarian.
Common Services is used only to authenticate the license key (LMP key).
In addition, the STC for ENF and CCI are not activated.

When upgrading to Common Services r15.0, is it necessary to specify all FMIDs in the installation JCL (RECEIVE/APPLY/ACCEPT)?

Resolution

If Easytrieve Plus, Panvalet, Librarian, etc. are being used and STCs for ENF and CCI are not being used, only FMID CAS9F00 may be specified in the following JCL member of prefix.SAMPJCL.
