Localize Additional Information in Portal

Issue/Introduction

After localizing Symantec Identity Portal we are still seeing Attribute names in the the 'Additional Information' section of an Approval Task showing in English.

How can this information be Localized?

Environment

Portal 14.x

Resolution

Unfortunately as of version 14.5 this is a limitation in the integration between Identity Portal and Identity Manager where this information is stored and retrieved.   The Additional Information attribute fields are returned in English regardless of the Localization settings in Identity Manager and or Identity Portal.

Development is aware and will be reviewing this functionality in future releases.
