Software Jobs not visible in Enterprise console

Issue/Introduction

On Enterprise server, folders "Software Jobs" and "Installed Packages" are missing in all computers :

Client Automation - All Versions

Resolution

It is normal. Software Delivery Jobs are not visible in Enterprise Explorer.

 

A workaround is to use the DSM Reporter on SD Jobs.

 

Option "Use Replicated data" shows only SD jobs for package created at Enterprise level ( SD Jobs for packages created at DOMAIN level are not displayed).

 

 

To see all SD jobs, use option "Direct Domain Reporting". with this option the data are retrieving from every Domain databases.
