Select Task Pop up page slow when resource is allocated to other work

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to Clarity
2. Create 10+ other work in classic clarity
3. Add 10k+ resources to the newly created other work
4. Now allocate these other works to one of the resources
5. Now Navigate to Mux --> Timesheet
6. Click on Timesheet --> Add Task --> Select Task 

Expected Results: The fetch should be relatively faster 

Actual Results: The fetch takes about 5-10 minutes
