Performance slowness on Timesheet - Select Task pop up page

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to Clarity as a user who is assigned to a few tasks
2. Make sure the Clarity environment has substantial amount of Tasks and Resources in the system
2. Navigate to My Timesheet page 
3. Under My Timesheet page, select an Open Time period
4. Click on Add Task Button and then SELECT TASKS (Filter Used - Assigned Resources = Current User)

Expected: The pop up page opens quickly and shows up all the Assigned Task to the resource

Actual: The Select Task pop up window takes around 25 seconds to load completely.
