The mail triggers are not working in ITPAM but with the same configuration, it is working in mail operator.

To solve the above-reported behavior kindly follow below solution options:
Option 1:
Login to ITPAM UI, Go to Configuration Tab --> Triggers --> Mail Trigger --> Select the use a secure SMTP Connection checkbox
Restart ITPAM server
Option 2:
If option 1 did not solve, please place this parameter mail.imap.ssl.enable=true in your OasisConfig.properties file located at <Install_Location>/server/c2o/.config/OasisConfig.properties
Restart the ITPAM server and then try your use case.
