Rally: Screenshots from Test Case Steps seem to disappear when clicking outside of the step

Issue/Introduction

On a Test Case when I have screenshots in the Steps and click outside of the step, the screenshots seem to disappear.  They reappear when I click back into the step.

Cause

There is an issue with the 3rd Party editor being used.  We have reported this issue to the vendor and are awaiting a fix for this issue. In our testing we found that this happens when using the icon on the toolbar to add screenshots.

Resolution

We found that if we drag & dropped the screenshot into the editor we had better success in seeing the image when we clicked outside of the editor.

Additional Information

We continue to follow up with the vendor for a fix to this issue and we hope to receive a fix at some point. Unfortunately since this is a 3rd party editor, we rely on the vendor to fix the issue.
