AHD05237:An internal error with surveys occurred

Issue/Introduction

When end users click on the Service Desk Manager email notification survey link they get this error instead of the survey:

AHD05237:An internal error with surveys occurred

Environment

Service Desk Manager 17.3 and up

Resolution

Service Desk Manager admin would need to install option op_authenticate_survey.

Login to SDM web interface as administrator then Administration-->Options Manager-->Request Manager and click on op_authenticate_survey option and install it.

Once this option is installed, restart SDM.
